Can I buy if I’m not a Ghanaian citizen?
Yes. Non-Ghanaians can acquire property in Ghana on leasehold terms as permitted under Ghanaian law. Our team will explain the title and lease arrangements for your home, and we encourage every buyer to get independent legal advice.
How do I pay from abroad?
Payments are made in US dollars by international bank transfer. Full payment details are provided with your reservation and Sale & Purchase Agreement, and you’ll receive a receipt for every payment.
What does the $7,000 documentation fee cover?
It covers the preparation and processing of your purchase and title documentation. Details are set out in your Sale & Purchase Agreement.
When do I get my keys?
The target handover is 30 months after you reserve. You pay the $34,000 completion balance at handover and move in, then continue your $1,500 monthly payments, interest-free, until the home is fully paid at month 84. Exact dates are set in your Sale & Purchase Agreement.
How will I know construction is progressing?
You’ll receive regular photo and video updates on the development, and you’re welcome to visit the site whenever you’re in Ghana.
What if I miss a payment or need to change my plan?
Talk to us early. The terms for late payments, rescheduling and cancellation are set out clearly in the Sale & Purchase Agreement before you commit.
